Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how Fairways For Good ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website.

Who we are

Fairways For Good organises corporate golf events in the UK. For anything to do with your data, contact us at hello@fairwaysforgood.com.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through one of our forms, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and your message. If you download one of our guides or example packs, we collect your name, company, work email and any optional details you choose to share about your plans.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. We store a small note in your browser so our guide pop-up only appears once, which never leaves your device.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, send you the download you asked for, follow up about golf days and, if you go ahead, plan your event. We only add you to our mailing list if you tick the box to say you want to hear from us, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps towards a contract at your request. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who processes it for us

This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit. We may keep enquiry details in our customer relationship system so we can follow up.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any event that follows, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless we have an ongoing relationship with you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We'll use your details to send the Playbook and follow up about golf days. See our privacy policy.
