The Invitational is played on Gaudet Luce's Phoenix Course, an 18-hole parkland course just outside Droitwich, with the clubhouse, range and BBQ all on site.
Gaudet Luce Golf and Leisure Complex, Middle Lane, Hadzor, Droitwich WR9 7JR.
Every place is by invitation. Apply for an invite and, if you're successful, we'll email your passcode within 24 hours. Your passcode unlocks the booking page, where you can pick your package and book.
It's a Tour Scramble, best two scores from four. On every hole all four of you tee off, your pro picks the best drive, and the three amateurs play their second shots from there. After that everyone plays their own ball into the hole, and the best two Stableford scores count. Your pro plays their own ball the whole way round for the professional competition. Full format rules.
Yes, every amateur needs a current WHS handicap index. Amateurs play off 75% of course handicap, up to 24 for men and 30 for women. Player names and handicaps can follow any time up to 4 May 2027.
Yes. When you book, choose whether you're bringing your own pro or want us to pair you with one. Your pro can be a PGA professional or any other playing professional, and every pro plays for the same prize fund and the guaranteed £150.
Tee times run from 7:30am into the early afternoon. Tell us whether you'd prefer morning or afternoon when you book and we'll do our best. The full tee sheet goes out the week before.
On the booking page, book a single package and you can pay by card straight away. For anything bigger, or if your finance team prefers it, choose invoice and pay by bank transfer. Either way, your place is confirmed once we've received payment. We'll hold it for 14 days while an invoice is paid.
Full refund if you cancel on or before 18 March 2027. After that, you're welcome to pass your place to another team.
Gaudet Luce decides whether the course is playable. If it's called off, we'll move the event to a later date in the 2027 season and your place moves with it. Can't make the new date? Pass your place on, or carry it over to the 2028 Invitational. We should be fine in May.
The £10,000 prize is on the 10th, Gaudet Luce's hole-in-one hole, and every amateur gets one shot at it during their round. The prize is provided and run by Official Hole in One (OHiO), so their conditions apply. Hole-in-one terms.
